医学生人格特征与焦虑、抑郁的相关性研究

摘　　要：[目的]探讨医学生人格特征与焦虑、抑郁情绪的关系,为大学生心理健康教育提供依据。[方法]采用分层整群抽样的方法,运用卡特尔16种人格因素问卷、Beck焦虑量表、Beck抑郁量表对某校医学生1 632人进行心理测评,对数据进行相关分析和逐步回归分析。[结果]除独立性因素外,15种人格因素均与焦虑相关,忧虑性、紧张性、聪慧性、怀疑性和实验性5种人格因素对焦虑做出了预测,解释变异量为21.5%;16种人格因素均与抑郁相关,忧虑性、稳定性、敢为性、自律性、怀疑性、兴奋性、世故性和聪慧性8种人格特质对抑郁做出了预测,解释变异量为38.3%。[结论]医学生人格因素与焦虑、抑郁情绪相关,是焦虑、抑郁的影响因素。Objective:To probe into the relationship between personal characteristics of medical students and anxiety and depression,so as to provide evidences for the relationship between the personality characteristics of medical students and anxiety,depression.Methods:Stratified cluster sampling method,Cartel 16kinds of Personality Factor Questionnaire,Beck anxiety scale and Beck depression scale were used for psychological evaluation of 1 632medical students,related data were analyzed by stepwise regression analysis.Results:In addition to independence,other 15kinds of personality factors were related with anxiety,five kinds of personality factors including apprehension,tension,intelligence,doubt and experiment made a prediction for anxiety.Explained variance was 21.5%.16kinds of personality factors were related with depression;8kinds of personality characteristics including anxiety,stability,boldness,self-discipline,doubt, excitement,sophistication and intelligence predicted depression.And the explained variance was 38.3%.Conclusion:Medical students' personality factors were associated with anxiety and depression,and were influencing factors of anxiety and depression.
