早产儿皮肤表面应用葵花油预防感染的效果研究

摘　　要：[目的]研究早产儿皮肤表面应用葵花油对皮肤状况的影响,以及对控制感染发生的作用。[方法]选择入住我院且符合纳入和排除标准的早产儿428例,随机分为3组,葵花油组(153例)皮肤表面应用葵花油涂抹,强生油组(140例)皮肤表面应用强生油涂抹,对照组(135例)皮肤表面不使用任何油剂或护肤品。每周对3组早产儿皮肤状况进行评估,比较3组早产儿皮肤状况、血培养情况以及临床诊断为感染的情况。[结果]3组早产儿皮肤状况在早期差异无统计学意义,在生后第14天开始3组皮肤状况开始不同,葵花油组皮肤完整性明显好于其他两组(P<0.05);3组早产儿血培养结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),临床诊断为感染发生率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]早产儿皮肤表面应用油剂可有效改善皮肤状况,但不增加感染的发生,且使用葵花油效果明显好于强生油。Objective:To study the influence of application of sunflower seed oil in skin surface of preterm infants on their skin and effect for protecting preterm from infections.Methods:A total of 428preterm infants who admitted our hospital and met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were selected and were randomly divided into three groups,control group(135cases),sunflower seed oil group(153cases)and Johnson's baby oil group(140cases);sunflower oil smearing on skin surface of preterm infants in sunflower seed oil group,strong oil smearing for preterm infants in Johnson's baby oil group, preterm infants in control group didn't use any oil skin or skin-care products.The skin condition in preterm infants was assessed every week for three weeks,then to compare skin conditions,blood cultures as well as the clinical diagnosis of cases of infection in preterm infants among all three groups.Results:There was no significant difference in early skin condition among three groups.Starting from the 14th day after birth,the three groups of skin conditions appeared different,skin integrity in sunflower oil group was significantly better than that in other two groups(P<0.05).And there was no significant difference in blood cultures among three groups(P>0.05).The incidence of clinically diagnosed as infection was significantly different among three groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Application of preterm infants skin oil can effectively improve their skin condition,but does not increase the incidence of infection.And the effect of use of sunflower oil is obviously better than that of Johnsion's baby oil.
