膀胱出口梗阻后膀胱顺应性与逼尿肌胶原纤维含量变化的实验研究

摘　　要：[目的]通过研究膀胱出口梗阻后逼尿肌胶原纤维含量的变化,探讨膀胱顺应性与逼尿肌胶原纤维含量之间可能的相互关系。[方法]取普通级SD雌性大鼠90只,随机分为实验组和对照组,其中实验组70只,对照组20只。建立大鼠膀胱出口梗阻模型,建模6周后,通过膀胱测验判断膀胱的顺应性。然后取大鼠膀胱组织,经固定、石蜡包埋、切片后进行Masson染色,分析对比染色后图像。[结果]与对照组相比,实验组大鼠膀胱顺应性增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组大鼠与对照组相比,逼尿肌胶原纤维含量显著增多。[结论]膀胱出口梗阻后逼尿肌胶原纤维含量显著增加,膀胱顺应性增强。Objective:Through studying the change of detrusor collagen fiber content after bladder outlet obstruction to probe into the possible relationship between compliance of bladder and detrusor collagen fiber content.Methods:A total of 90general level SD female rats were randomly divided into experimental group(70rats)and control group(20 rats).Rat model of bladder outlet obstruction was established,after six weeks,bladder test was used to determine the bladder compliance.Then the rats bladder tissue were taken to fix,paraffin-embed and slice,then for Masson staining and analyzing and contrasting dye images.Results: Compared with the control group,compliance of bladder of rats in experimental group was higher(P<0.05).Detrusor collagen fiber content was significantly higher.Conclusion:Detrusor collagen fiber content after urinary outlet obstruction increases significantly and bladder compliance also increases.
