甲状腺手术前进行改良适应性垂头仰卧位训练的效果观察

摘　　要：[目的]探讨术前改良适应性垂头仰卧位训练在甲状腺手术病人护理中的应用效果。[方法]将80例甲状腺手术病人随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组常规进行体位训练,试验组由责任护士利用口头讲解、动作示范进行改良体位训练方法,观察两组病人体位训练知识的掌握程度、配合依从率、并发症发生率等。[结果]试验组术后并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.01),遵医行为改善显著(P<0.05),病人满意度显著提高(P<0.05)。[结论]术前改良适应性垂头仰卧位训练能提高甲状腺病人手术适应性,改善病人遵医行为,降低手术并发症发生率,提高病人满意度。Objective:To probe into the application effect of preoperative improved adaptive trendelenburg position training in nursing care of thyroid operation patients.Methods:A total of 80cases of thyroid surgery patients were randomly divided into test group and control group.Patients in conrtol group were carried out routine posture training.Patients in test group were accepted improved posture training by nurses giving oral interpretation and action demonstration.Then to observe two groups ptients' master degree of posture training knowledge,cooperation compliance rate and incidence of complications.Results:The incidence of postoperative complications of test group was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.01),The compliance behavior of test group cases improved significantly(P<0.05). And patients satisfaction degree enhanced significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion:Preoperative improved adaptive trendelenburg position training can improve surgery adaptability of thyroid patients,improve the patient's compliance behavior,reduce the incidence of surgical complications and enhance patient's satisfaction degree.
