摘  要:目的研究地菍正丁醇萃取物对链脲佐菌素致糖尿病(DM)小鼠血糖、血脂及抗氧化水平的影响。方法腹腔一次性注射链脲佐菌素150 mg·kg-1制备DM模型小鼠,地菍正丁醇萃取物高、中、低剂量组分别给予地菍正丁醇萃取物60,40,20 g·kg-1,阳性对照组给予格列苯脲0.4g·kg-1,每天灌胃1次,正常对照组和模型对照组则以等体积纯化水灌胃,连续10 d,观察小鼠空腹血糖、总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、丙二醛(MDA)含量,计算肝脏、肾脏脏器指数。结果与模型对照组比较,地菍正丁醇萃取物给药组小鼠血糖、TC、TG显著降低(P<0.01或P<0.05),血清SOD活性明显升高(P<0.01或P<0.05),MDA含量明显降低(P<0.01),肾脏指数也明显降低(P<0.01)。结论地菍正丁醇萃取物能明显降低DM小鼠空腹血糖,改善血脂代谢紊乱,并具有抗氧化作用。Objective To study the effect of butyl alcohol extract of Melastoma dodecandrum Lour. on blood glucose,blood lipid and antioxidant levels in diabetic mellitus (DM) mice induced by streptozotocin (STZ). Methods DM model wasestablished by intraperitoneal administration of STZ at 150 mg·kg-1 in mice. Mice in the treatment groups were administratedwith butyl alcohol extract of Melastoma dodecandrum Lour. at 60, 40 and 20 g·kg-1 respectively via gastric irrigation, while theDM and normal control groups were administrated with the same amount of distilled water via gastric irrigation daily. Fasting bloodglucose (FBG), total cholesterol (TC), triglycerides (TG), superoxide dismutase (SOD) and malondialdehyde (MDA) wereanalysed. The organ indexs of liver and kidney were calculated. Results Compared with the DM group, FBG, TC and TGwere reduced significantly (P〈0. 01 or P〈0. 05), serum SOD was increased (P〈0. 01 or P〈0. 05), and MDA was decreased (P〈0. 01) in the treatment groups. The organ index of kidney was significantly decreased ( P〈0. 01). Conclusion Butylalcohol extract of Melastoma dodecandrum Lour. can reduce blood glucose, improve lipid disorders and antioxidation fuction in DM mice.
