摘　　要：目的探讨带袢钢板（Endobutton）治疗TossyⅢ型肩锁关节脱位的疗效。方法对60例Tossy Ⅲ型肩锁关节脱位采用Endobutton治疗30例、锁骨钩钢板治疗30例。观察两组的手术时间、术中出血量和关节功能恢复情况。结果患者均获随访，时间6～24个月。两组手术时间、术中出血量比较差异均无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。肩关节功能按Kadsson标准评定：Endobutton组优28例，可2例；锁骨钩钢板组优20例，可8例，差2例。两组肩关节功能比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论Endobunon治疗Tossy Ⅲ型肩锁关节脱位具有功能恢复好的优点，是治疗Tossy Ⅲ型肩锁关节脱位较为理想的方法。Objective To evaluate the clinical application of Endobutton on complete acromioclavicular joint disloca-tions. Methods 60 cases of patients with complete acromioclavicular joint dislocations were enrolled, including 30 cases using Endobutton, and the others using clavicular hook plate. Operation time, blood loss, joint function was observed. Results All patients were followed up for 6 ～ 24 months. There was no statistically significant difference （P 〉 0. 05） in operation time, blood loss between the two groups. Shoulder function of two groups are assessed ac-cording to Karlsson score. 28 cases were excellent and 2 cases were good in Endobutton group. 20 cases were excel-lent, 8 cases were good and 2 cases were poor in clavicular hook plate group. There was statistically significant differ-ence （P 〈 0. 05） in joints function between the two groups. Conclusions The Endobutton is a useful treatment of complete acromiociavicular joint dislocations with advantage of better joints function.
