可塑性钛钢板内固定治疗跟骨关节内骨折

摘　　要：目的 观察可塑性钛钢板内固定治疗跟骨关节内骨折的疗效.方法对28例跟骨关节内骨折患者（34足）采用切开复位可塑性钛钢板内固定治疗.结果 28例均获随访,时间10～24个月,骨折全部愈合.末次随访时,Bhler角从术前的13.6°±3.5°改善至25.8°±4.7°,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）;Gissane角从术前的87.8°±7.7°改善至115.9°±7.8°,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）.采用Maryland足部评分系统评分：优24足,良6足,可4足,优良率为88.2%.结论 采用可塑性钛钢板内固定治疗跟骨关节内骨折手术效果满意,并发症少.Objective To observe the effect on plasticity titanium plate internal fixation for the treatment of calcaneal fracture. Methods 28 patients （with 34 feet） were treated by with open reduction and plastic titanium plate fixa-tion. Results The 28 cases were followed up for 10 ～ 24 months, all patients fractures were healed. At the last fol low up, the Bohler angle improved from preoperative 13.6° ± 3.5° to 25.8° ± 4.7°,the difference had statistically algnificant （P 〈 0. 01）, the Gissane angle improved from preoperative 87.8° ± 7.7° to 115.9° ± 7.8° , the difference had statistically algnificant （P 〈 0.01 ）. According to the Maryland foot score systelns score： the results were excellent in 24 feet, good in 6 feet, fair in 4 feet, the excellent and good rate was 88.2%. Conclusions The surgery effect of using the plastic titanium steel plate in the fixed treatment of calcaneum bone joint fracture is satisfied; the colnplica tions are few.
