摘 要:目的 探讨使用智能手机Tiltmeter软件测量(Tiltmeter法)Cobb角的可行性.方法 参考国外研究经验,8名研究者对40例青少年特发性脊柱侧凸(AIS)术前患者的后前位X线片使用Tiltmeter法和量角器法测量主弯Cobb角.其中的5名研究者在至少1周后进行重复测量.结果 使用Tiltmeter法和量角器法测量的绝对平均值相差2.09°±1.296°,测量时间相差约4 min.研究者自身误差95%CI在量角器法时为2.532°~3.032°,使用Tiltmeter法时为0.294°~0.816°.研究者之间的误差的95%CI在使用量角器法时为0.573°~1.727°,使用Tiltmeter法时为0.283°~0.433°.两者的95%CI均在早期文献Cobb角的测量研究范围内.结论 Tiltmeter法是一款与手工量角器法测量相媲美的Cobb测量工具,测量时间减少了约1/3.临床中可广泛使用智能手机中倾斜仪感应器来测量Cobb角,并且将测量后的数据储存在角度测量软件中.Objective To research the feasibility of using Tihmeter software to performe Cobb angle measurements. Methods Refering to the abroad study experience, eight researchers measured major Cobb angles on 40 pre opera rive postero anterior radiographs of adolescent idiopathic scoliosis patients with both a standard protractor and using a Tiltmeter software by the smart phone. Five of the observers repeated the measurements at least a week after the origi nal measurements. Results The mean absolute difference between pairs of Tihmeter/protractor measurements was 2.09° ± 1. 296°, and the differentce of meansurement time between them was 4 mins. 95% C1 for intra observer vari ability were 2. 532° ~3. 032° for the protractor and 0. 294°~ 0. 816° for the Tiltmeter group. 95% C1 for inter ob server variability were 0. 573° ~ 1. 727° for the Tihmeter group and 0. 283°~ 0. 433°for the protractor. Both of these confidence intervals were within the range of previously published Cobb measurement studies. Conclusions Tiltme ter software is an equivalent Cobb measurement tool to the manual protractor, and measurement times are about 1/3 less. The widespread availability of inclinometer equipped mobile phones and the ability to store measurements in lat er versions of the angle measurement software may make these new technologies attractive for clinical measurement ap plications.
