摘  要:在超临界CO2中合成了具有交替结构的超高分子量聚(苯乙烯-马来酸酐)共聚物,与PVDF进行共混通过相互法制备复合膜,最后在γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷(APTS)溶液中对共混膜进行改性。采用SEM、FT-IR-ATR接触角分别对膜表面形貌、化学组成和润湿特性进行表征,结果表明,采用THF为APTS溶剂时,膜表面含有大量的亲水基团,并具有明显的微-纳结构,水接触角<10°,润湿特性表现为超亲水性。而采用乙醇为溶剂时,虽然具有微-纳结构,但由于表面亲水基团比较少,润湿特性表现为强的疏水特性,水接触角为(111±2)°。A micro-nano hierarchical structure hybrid surface was fabricated based on a ultrahigh molecular weight poly(styrene-alt-maleic anhydride)(UHMWSMA).The UHMWSMA was synthesized in supercritical carbon dioxide fluid.The UHMWSMA/poly(vinylidene fluoride)(PVDF)blend membranes were prepared by phase inversion process.The hybrid surface was fabricated after modified by γ-aminopropyltriethoxysilane (APTS).The compatibility between UHMWSMA and PVDF were investigated by XRD and DSC.It demon-strates that the blend had better compatibility and the phase separation was prohibited during membrane prepa-ration.The hybrid surfaces morphologies and hydrophilicity were investigated.It was found that the hybrid lay-er was porous and micro-nano hierarchical structure and superhydrophilic.
