摘 要:在壳聚糖的氨基与水杨醛的醛基缩合合成水杨醛希夫碱(SB)的基础上,研究了磁场作用下壳聚糖(CS)及其水杨醛希夫碱(SB)对Cu2+的吸附特性,磁场强度、磁场处理时间、Cu2+溶液的酸度等因素对吸附Cu2+的影响。结果表明,400kA/m的磁场辅助下,壳聚糖和希夫碱的吸附率和吸附量在磁场处理前后分别最少增强了4.86%和2.92%,0.1459和0.08747mg/g。而达到吸附饱和的时间分别缩短了1/4和1/3。用经典的等温方程对壳聚糖和希夫碱对Cu2+的吸附平衡数据进行拟合,实验结果表明吸附行为与Langmuir和Freundlich两种吸附等温方程式均有较好的相关性。揭示了适当的磁场处理可强化壳聚糖及其希夫碱对金属Cu2+的吸附。Schiff base (SB)had been synthesized by condensation of chitosan (CS)with salicylaldehyde.In this paper,adsorption characteristics of SB for lead ion in the magnetic field were discussed.The effects of magnetic field intensity,treated time of magnetic field,pH of Cu2+ solution on the adsorption were investigated.It has been found that adsorption rate and adsorption capacity of CS and SB increases at least 4.86 % and 2.92%, 0.1459 and 0.08747 mg/g after assisted by 400 kA/m magnetic field.The time of adsorption saturation both re-duced by 1/4 and 1/3,respectively.The experimental data fit well into the Langmuir and Freundlich adsorption isotherm.This study reveals the appropriate magnetic field can enhance the adsorption of chitosan and its Schiff base for metal ions.
