摘  要:以钒盐为添加剂,采用微弧氧化法在AZ40M镁合金表面原位生长1层陶瓷膜层。采用SEM、XRD、AE辐射计及UV-3100分光光度计分别测试陶瓷膜层的微观结构和热控性能。结果表明,膜层主要成分为MgO、VO2和V2O3;随着电解液中钒盐含量的增加,膜层的太阳吸收比逐渐升高,随后保持稳定,最高可以达到0.93,半球发射率先升高后降低,当钒盐浓度达到8g/L时,膜层的半球发射率达到最大值0.87。通过研究发现,含有钒氧化物的镁合金微弧氧化膜层可以作为一种优良的热控膜层在航天器上应用。This research investigates the effect of VO3 + ions on the thermal and optical properties of the ceramic coatings formed on AZ40M Mg alloy.The different ceramic coatings were obtained by micro-arc oxidation (MAO)in electrolytes that contain varied concentrations of VO3 +.The microstructure,element distribution, composition as well as the thermal and optical properties of the coatings were studied with scanning electron mi-croscopy (SEM),X-ray diffraction (XRD),AE radiometer,UV-3100 spectrophotometer.The results show that all of the coatings prepared were mainly composed with MgO and trace-amount of vanadium oxide presents. With the increasing of the concentration of VO3 +,the solar absorptance increased initially but then remain sta-ble and the hemispheric emittance increased initially but then decreased.We found that at the concentrations 8 g/L,the coating has the highest hemispheric emittance (0.86).Our results show that coatings formed with this method could be useful as a thermal control coating in a variety of applications,such as in the spacecraft.
