摘　　要：建设用地定额标准是控制土地利用的有效工具。近年来各地高等院校建设快速发展,而相关的用地标准涵盖内容不全,致使新建校区用地规模过大、容积率偏低等问题较为普遍。通过对教育部及北京、江苏、上海等省市相关的高校用地定额标准的对比分析,并结合上海部分高校的调查,提出合理确定规划指标、优化土地利用结构布局与比例等完善高校用地定额标准的建议。The quota standard for construction land is a valid method for controlling land use. In recent years, the construction of colleges and universities in various regions has markedly increased, but the contents of relevant land standards are incomplete, which has caused problems such as the oversized nature of new campuses and lower plot ratios. This paper uses a comparative analysis of the land quota standard of relevant col eges and universities in Beijing, Jiangsu, Shanghai, and other provinces and cities. Using the data for some universities in Shanghai, the paper suggests land quota standards for col eges and universities for ensuring adherence to planning control indexes and for optimizing the layout and ratio of land use structure.
