摘 要:选用16份青枯病抗性有差异的烟草种质,完全双列杂交方法配制组合,于2010、2011年在烟草青枯病病圃鉴定其抗性,分析青枯病抗性的配合力。结果表明,烟草青枯病抗性种质间一般配合力差异显著;其中种质RG11、NC86、C17、歙圆四号一般配合力抗性效应最强,K346、岩烟97、K326、LMFC34次之;烟草青枯病抗性种质间大部分特殊配合力指标差异不显著。综上认为,一般情况下可按烟草青枯病抗性强强组合应用于育种。It is efficient measure in controlling tobacco bacterial wilt to take full advantage of resistant germplasm and breedingresistant varieties. The objective of evaluating its combining ability is to improve breeding efficiency. Sixteen of tobacco germplasm,including different resistant to bacterial wilt and its F1 cross by diallel mating design were identified in disease field of Anhuiprovince in China in 2010 & 2011. The results showed that the general combining ability of tobacco resistant to bacterial wilt amongvarieties was significant difference, RG11, NC86, C17, Sheyuan 4 had the highest effect, and K346, Yanyan 97, K326, LMFC34were the next. The specific combining ability was not significant difference. As a result, the screening of crosses among parents inresistance breeding program could be according to its highest resistance to tobacco bacterial wilt.
