类风湿关节炎患者血清可溶性白介素-2受体水平及临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨类风湿关节炎患者血清可溶性白介素-2受体水平及临床意义。方法用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附试验检测30例类风湿关节炎患者血清可溶性白介素-2受体水平。结果类风湿关节炎患者均显著高于正常对照组。结论血清可溶性白介素-2受体水平和类风湿关节炎患者病情活动密切相关,是判断预后的一个有用的指标。Objective To discuss（assess）the association between the Serum Level of soluble Interleukin - 2 receptor（IL - R） and clinical manifestations in the patiets with rheumatoid arthritis（RA）. Method The En- zyme- Linked Immunosorbent assay（ELISA） assays was used to detect the level of sIL - 2R. Results The sIL - 2R level was significantly higher in the group of RA than that of normal control. Conclusion The sIL - 2R level was closely related with the disease activity of RA, and it might be a useful index to predict the disease activity of patient with RA.
