普外科围手术期Ⅰ类切口预防性使用抗菌药物干预分析

摘　　要：目的比较普外科3种Ⅰ类切口手术围手术期预防性使用抗菌药物情况,评价其用药合理性及干预效果。方法对普外科手术中甲状腺、乳腺及疝修补术3类手术围手术期预防性使用抗菌药物进行干预,比较干预前后抗菌药物使用情况进行回顾性分析。结果 3种Ⅰ类切口手术围手术期抗菌药物,在干预前使用率是55.98%,干预后是8.70%,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);平均住院天数,干预前与干预后比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);抗菌药物占总药品费比例明显下降,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前后手术部位均无感染。结论普外科甲状腺、乳腺及疝修补术3种Ⅰ类切口手术围手术期不预防性使用抗菌药物可以节约资源,且不会导致切口部位感染。Objective Comparison of the Department of general surgery the prophylactic use of antibiotics in 3 type I incision operation in perioperative period, to evaluate the rationality and the effect of drug interven- tion. Method The prophylactic use of antibiotics to intervene in general surgery operation thyroid, breast and repair of hernia 3 kinds of operation in perioperative period, compared before and after the intervention of an- tibacterial drugs were retrospectively analyzed. Result 3 kinds of type I incision operation in perioperative peri- od of antibacterial drugs, used in the pre intervention rate is 55.98 %, after the intervention was 8.70 %, there was statistically significant difference between them（P 〈 0.05） ; the average hospitalization days, before the in- tervention outcome differences compared with the stem had no statistical significance（P 〉 0.05） ; antibacterial drugs proportion of total drug cost decreased, there was statistically significant difference between them（P 〈 0.05）. Before and after intervention operation showed no infection. Conclusion In the Department of general surgery, thyroid, breast and repair of hernia 3 kinds of type I incision operation in the peri operation period without prophylactic use of antibiotics can save resources, and does not cause the incision site infection.
