摘　　要：日本地方政府融资平台历经兴起、壮大、亏损、改革4个阶段,已走过30多年历程。我国地方政府融资平台与日本类似,存在债务规模大、政府担保多、信息不透明等诸多问题,引起社会的广泛关注。虽然日本地方政府融资平台企业亏损情况尚未有实质性改变,但其所采取的改革措施仍有许多可取之处,包括健全地方财政、规范政府行为、建立监督评估机制、分类管理和改革企业等。Japan＇s local government financial platform has experienced a period for more than 30 years, consis- ting of rise, growth , decline and reform four stages. Similar to Japan, also in China there are many problems of government financial platform, including large - scale debts scale, high proportion and lack of information transparency, which is widely concerned with by the society. stantial change about the situation of enterprises loss of the Japan＇s local government still has much to recommended including strengthening act, establishing monitoring and evaluating mechanism, of government guarantees Although there is no sub- financial platform, there local government finance, standardizing government conducting classification management and reforming enterprises, etc.
