摘 要:为研究仓储技术投资对易逝品供应链生产库存决策的影响,构建了由单个制造商和多个零售商构成的两级供应链模型。考虑制造商和零售商共用一个仓库并共同投资仓储技术来控制降低产品的易逝率,以供应链单位时间总成本最小化为目标,研究集成环境下供应链各方的最优决策问题。通过数值计算分析了模型中各主要参数的变化对最优策略的影响,为易逝品供应链管理决策提供了决策依据。To study the effect of preservation technology investment on production -inventory strategies under the supply chain, a two-echelon supply chain with one manufacturer and some retailers for one single deteriorating item was constructed . The manufacturer and the retailers shared one warehouse , and jointly invested on preservation technology to reduce the rate of de-terioration of products .Furthermore, a numerical example was provided and sensitivity analyses were performed to examine the optimal strategy and obtained some managerial insights which could provide some references to the supply chain management for deteriorating items .
