摘　　要：热电机组以热定电在线监测系统建设是提高能源综合利用效率、加强环境保护的重要举措,是国家的一项重要能源产业政策。介绍了东北电网有限公司热电机组以热定电在线监测系统,包括系统架构的设计、组态画面制作、工业数据库、数据采集与数据转发等关键技术问题。The construction of online monitoring system determining power by heat is an important measure to improve the energy utili- zation efficiency and strengthen environmental protection, also it is an important national energy industry policy. This article deseribes the online monitoring system determining power by heat, including design of system architecture and configuration screens, industrial database, data acquisition and data forwarding and other key technical issues.
