摘　　要：太平湾电站作为辽宁南部电网黑启动电源,需具备当电力系统发生大面积停电故障后,快速启动机组发电,为其他电厂提供厂用电源,从而实现辽宁电网恢复供电的黑启动功能。针对太平湾电站实际情况,重点阐述了全厂停电事故下利用厂内现有资源快速、可靠地启动发电机对电网送电的策略与实施方法,介绍了黑启动电源选择、黑启动油泵选择、设备安装调试、机组进相试验方面的内容。As Liaoning southern grid black start power source, Taipingwan Power Station should be available to give a quick start-up, and auxiliary power supply to other power plants, when blackout occured in the area. Aimed at actual situation in Taipingwan hydro- power station, it introduces the strategy and implementation how to restart generator and supply power to the gird when the station is out of power source, including the selection of black start power source, the oil pump, equipment installation and commissioning and leading power operation test.
