摘 要:研究了将废钒催化剂经过氧化焙烧-水浸-渣碱浸-萃取-沉钒等环节制备V2O5的新工艺。探讨了工艺参数对助剂配方、氧化焙烧、浸钒与萃取影响的规律性,为推广工业生产提供适宜的工艺条件。在此工艺条件下,可以制备出质量达到国标GB3283-87冶金99级标准的V2O5产品,钒回收率达91.2%,具有较好的环境效益、经济效益和社会效益,值得推广。A new process was used to prepare vanadium pentoxide (V2Os) from waste catalyst containing vanadium through the procedures, such as oxidative calcination, water immersion, basic immersion, ex- traction and precipitation. In order to provide optimum process conditions for industrial production, the effects of the process parameters were investigated. Under the optimal conditions, V20s whose quality was superior to the 99 metallurgic vanadium pentoxide product standard (GB3283-87) could be obtained. The recovery rate of vanadium reached 91.2%. The new process has advantages in environment, economy and society, and it is worth of commercialization.
