摘 要:以活性炭负载浓硫酸作为固体催化剂,以乙苯与氯化苄为原料进行合成反应,研究了反应温度、反应时间、原料配比和催化剂用量对反应的影响,确定了最佳反应条件:即n(乙苯)∶n(氯化苄)=3∶1,反应温度90℃,反应时间8h,催化剂用量为13.2%(相对于氯化苄),邻苄基乙苯产率29.9%;n(乙苯)∶n(氯化苄)=3∶1,反应温度90℃,反应时间9h,催化剂用量18.4%(相对于氯化苄),对苄基乙苯产率40.1%;n(乙苯)∶n(氯化苄)=3∶1,反应温度90℃,反应时间7h,催化剂用量18.4%(相对于氯化苄),间苄基乙苯产率8.1%。Activated carbon loaded concentrated sulfuric acid was used as a solid catalyst for the reaction of ethylbenzene and benzyl chloride. The effect of reaction temperature, reaction time, materials ratio and the amount of catalyst on the reaction was studied. The optimal reaction conditions were as followed when n (ethylbenzene) : n (benzyl chloride) = 3 : 1, reaction temperature was 90℃, reaction time was 8 h, and catalyst amount was 13.2% (relative to benzyl chloride), the o-benzyl ethylbenzene yield was 29.9%; n (ethylbenzene) : n (benzyl chloride) = 3 : 1, reaction temperature was 90℃, reaction time was 9 h, and catalyst dosage was 18.4% (relative to benzyl chloride), the p-benzyl ethylbenzene yield was 40.1%; n (ethylbenzene) ~ n (benzyl chloride) = 3 : 1, reaction temperature was 90℃, reaction time was 7h, and catalyst dosage was 18.4% (relative to benzyl chloride), the m-benzyl ethylbenzene yield was 8.1%.
