摘  要:随着汽车轮毂产业的不断发展,轮毂垃圾、环境污染等问题随之产生。进入21世纪,"绿色消费"浪潮在全球兴起,发展绿色轮毂产业已迫在眉睫。在综合相关研究项目的基础上,本文阐述了轮毂产业绿色化及其全生命周期的特点,针对轮毂产品的全生命周期,分别在产品设计阶段、制造阶段及回收利用阶段综合考虑能源利用率、绿色材料及环境影响并提出了相应的改进策略建议。探讨轮毂产品的绿色特性,不仅是实现轮毂产业发展的需要,更是实现社会经济可持续发展战略的需要。Atong with the continuous development of wheel hub industry, wheel hub rubbish, pollution problems caused. Entering the 21st century, "green consumption" tide in the global rise, developing green wheel hub industry is imminent. In the synthesis of related based on a study of the program, this article elaborated the wheel hub industry and greening the whom life cycle of the connotation, and in the light of the whole life cycle of product wheel hub respectively in product design stage, manufacturing stage and recycling stage, the comprehensive consideration of the energy efficiency, green materials and environmental impact and puts forward the corresponding improvement strategies suggestions. Explore the green features, wheel huh products are not only realize the wheel hub industry development, but also the need of reali- zing economic sustainable development strategy needs.
