摘  要:首次报道了一种在离子液体中以2-氯乙酰胺与取代硫脲为原料,脱氨合成4-噻唑啉酮类化合物的新方法,并对其机理进行了探讨.通过实验表明该方法具有反应时间短,底物适应性广,原子经济性好,原料易得,收率较高,环境友好,产物易于分离纯化等特点,为4-噻唑啉酮类化合物的合成提供了一种新途径.A novel, green synthetic method for 4-thiazolidinones in the ionic liquids was reported. 4-Thiazolidinones were prepared with the sources of substituted thioureas and 2-chloroacetamide in the ionic liquids. This method offers several ad- vantages like high yield, short reaction time and mild reaction conditions. The reaction mechanism was studied and the result showed that ammonia was removed in the reaction, which was the first reported.
