摘 要:针对维修工具品种多、数量大的现象,在分析工具性能指标的基础上进行品种整合,使维修工具品种适当、规模适度。介绍灰色局势决策模型的基本概念和基本原理,运用灰色局势决策方法对维修工具品种进行整合。通过分析维修工具的各项技术指标,以不同品牌、型号的4种检测维修工具为例,优选整合为一种工具作为通用工具。结果表明:与传统方法相比,灰色局势决策在维修工具品种整合中不仅能考虑各局势的效果,而且能克服依靠经验进行决策的不足,获得各个方案的综合效果测度。Aiming at the phenomenon that types and numbers were very abundant, maintenance tools were integrated after a lot of performance indexes were analyzed. The aim was achieved and the scales were reduced. The basic concept and principle of grey situation decision-making theory was introduced firstly. Then the grey situation decision-making model was used for integrating the maintenance tools. One maintenance tool was selected as the common tool by analyzing the technology indexes and determining the comprehensive measurements for improving the support effectiveness of equipment. The result shows that the method not only can regard for effect of each condition, but also can overcome the shortage decision-making depend to experience in maintenance tools type integration, obtain comprehensive effect measure each scheme.
