高等规聚丁烯–1的阻燃改性研究

摘  要:选用膨胀型阻燃剂对高等规聚丁烯–1(PB–1)进行阻燃改性,并研究了硅油和膨胀型阻燃剂的协效作用。结果表明,当膨胀型阻燃剂50A质量分数为25%时,可以使高等规PB–1的极限氧指数达到38.1%,UL94级别达到V–0级;但此时体系的力学性能下降严重,其中拉伸强度下降了45.7%,断裂伸长率下降了56.0%。当添加质量分数0.6%的硅油B或高温硅油时,可以使阻燃剂质量分数为20%的高等规PB–1达到V–0级,并使其拉伸性能和冲击性能提高,其中拉伸强度提高了约19.2%,断裂伸长率提高了56.3%。Polybutylene-l(PB-1) was modified by intumescent flame retardant, and the synergistic effect of silicone oil and intumescent flame retardant was studied.The results show that when the mass content ofinturnescent flame retardant 50A is 25%, the oxygen index of PB-1 is 38. 1% and UL94 is V-0 grade, but the mechanical properties of this system degrades seriously, the tensile strength decreases by 45.7%, the elongation at break decreases by 56.0%.When adding silicon oil B or high temperature silicone oil with the content of 0.6%, UL94 of PB-1 with 20% content of flame retardant reaches V-0 grade and the tensile properties and impact properties of PB-1 are obviously improved.The tensile strength increases by about 19.2%, and the elongation at break increases by 56.3%.
