负压引流在骨科感染创面患者治疗中应用的探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨骨科创面感染患者实施负压封闭引流与护理干预的临床应用效果。方法选取医院2011年3月-2013年3月52例骨科创面感染者作为研究对象,将其随机分为试验组和对照组,各26例,对照组患者进行负压封闭引流处理,观察组患者在负压封闭引流的基础上实施护理干预措施,对比两组患者的疗效。结果试验组治疗有效率为88.5%,而对照组为65.4%,试验组的治疗效果好于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组的治愈时间和住院时间分别为(21.4±1.8)d、(32.6±4.8)d,对照组分别为(46.4±2.4)d、(48.6±6.7)d,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论骨科创面感染患者实施负压封闭引流与护理干预在临床治疗过程中能起到良好的治疗效果,不但使患者康复率上升,而且在治愈时间上有减少的现象,建议临床上推广使用。OBJECTIVE To explore the clinical effect of vacuum sealing drainage and nursing interventions on treatment of wound infections in the patients of department of orthopedics.METHODS A total of 52patients with wound infections,who were treated in the department of orthopedics from Mar 2011to Mar 2013,were enrolled in the study and randomly divided into the study group and the control group,with 26cases in each,then the control group was treated with the vacuum sealing drainage,the observation group was given the nursing interventions based on the vacuum sealing drainage,and the therapeutic effect was observed and compared between the two groups.RESULTS The effective rate of treatment was 88.5%in the study group,65.4%in the control group,the therapeutic effect of the study group was better than that of the control group,the difference between the two groups was significant（P＆lt;0.05）.The healing time was（21.4±1.8）days in the study group,（46.4±2.4）days in the control group;the hospitalization duration was（32.6±4.8）days in the study group,（48.6±6.7）days in the control group,the differences between the two groups were significant（P＆lt;0.05）.CONCLUSIONThe vacuum sealing drainage and the nursing interventions can achieve significant therapeutic effect on clinical treatment of wound infections in the patients of department of orthopedics,improve the recovery rate,and shorten the healing time,which is worthy to be promoted in the hospital.
