摘 要:目的探讨和评价如何有效去除消化内镜活检管路生物膜的方法。方法随机抽取临床胃镜活检管路10条,通过扫描电镜技术检测管路中生物膜生长情况,并建立模拟内镜管路生物膜模型,使用细菌培养法、蛋白定量法和结晶紫染色法去评价不同内镜清洗剂去生物膜清除率。结果有4条胃镜活检管路检出明显生物膜生长现象;清洗试验采用细菌计数法、蛋白质定量法、结晶紫定量法3种方法检测,结果显示,无酶清洗剂组对生物膜清除率分别为99.9%、94.3%和90.7%,而多酶清洗剂组分别为55.2%、40.7%和43.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),同时电镜结果同3种检测方法结果基本一致。结论临床使用的胃镜活检管路会生长生物膜,去生物膜清洗剂可以有效清除生物膜结构。OBJECTIVE To explore the measures to effectively remove bacterial biofilms on biopsy channels of gastrointestinal endoscopes.METHODS Totally 10biopsy channels of gastrointestinal endoscopes were randomly selected,then the growth of the bacterial biofilms was observed through scanning electron microscopy,the simulated biofilm model was established,and the rates of clearance of the bacterial biofilms with different cleaning detergents were observed and evaluated by means of the bacterial culture,protein quantitative method,and crystal violet staining method.RESULTS The obvious growth of biofilms presented on 4biopsy channels of the gastrointestinal endoscopes;the cleaning trial was performed with the use of bacterial colony counting method,protein quantitative method,and crystal violet staining method,and the result showed that the clearance rates of biofilms were respectively 99.9%,94.3%,and 90.7% in the no-enzyme cleaning detergent group and were respectively 55.2%, 40.7%,and 43.5%in the multiple enzymes cleaning detergent group,with statistical significance(P&lt;0.05);as compared with the electron microscopy and other three detection methods,the results were basically the same. CONCLUSIONThere is growth of the bacterial biofilms on the biopsy channels of the gastrointestinal endoscopes, and the biofilm removal detergent can effectively remove the biofilms.
