摘　　要：本文综述了近年来利用功能影像学技术进行的关于精神分裂症社会认知功能的研究,探讨了精神分裂症患者在心理理论,情绪加工,归因倾向,社会知觉,以及社会知识等五个方面所存在的缺陷以及相应的神经生理机制,并对研究结果的不一致性进行了解释。最后,对该领域未来的研究方向和研究重点做了进一步展望。This paper reviewed recent functional neuroimaging studies concerning the social cognition deficits in patients with schizophrenia. The underlying neurophysiological mechanisms of those deficits in theory of mind, emotion processing, attributional bias, social perception, and social knowledge fields were discussed and explored, as well as the controversy between different findings. In the last section we suggesteded the directions and the key points of future research in this field.
