摘　　要：为提升游客的旅游体验质量,实现旅游景区的科学管理和可持续发展,基于IPA框架在旅游应用中的效度分析,提出更加适合于旅游情境体验质量评价的ISA框架,最后以成都东郊记忆公园为例进行了ISA实证分析,就景区未来如何进行资源的集约化配置和设定清晰的管理边界提出建议。To enhance the quality of visitor＇experience and achieve the scientific management and sustainable development of tourism scenic spot,a more suitable ISA framework to evaluate experience quality in tourism situation was reconceptualised based on the validity analysis of IPA framework.And then,the paper selects Chengdu Eastern Memory Park as an example,recommendations for the future of scenic resources intensive configuration and setting clear management boundary were made with the help of ISA empirical analysis.
