复方补骨脂搽剂对豚鼠白癜风模型作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的考察复方补骨脂搽剂对实验性白癜风的作用。方法用化学脱色法制备白癜风动物模型,用不同剂量复方补骨脂搽剂进行治疗,以复方卡力孜然酊作为阳性对照,考察其对实验性白癜风皮肤黑色素分布、胆碱酯酶与酪氨酸酶活性的影响。结果复方补骨脂搽剂能促进白癜风模型皮肤色素沉着,基底层细胞及棘层细胞中黑色素增加明显,毛囊内黑色素明显增多,血清胆碱酯酶和酪氨酸酶活性明显增强。结论复方补骨脂搽剂对实验性白癜风有良好的防治作用。Objective To investigate the effect of Compound Buguzhi Liniment on vitiligo. Methods The model of vitiligo was established by using chemical decolorization and then treated with Compound Buguzhi Liniment in different doses. Compound Kaliziran Tincture was taken as a positive control drug. The influences of Compound Buguzhi Liniment on distribution of skin melanin and activities of cetylcholinesterase and tyrosinase were observed. Results Compound Buguzhi Liniment promoted skin pigmentation. The level of melanin increased significantly in basal layer cells and spinous layer cells, and hair follicles. The activities of cetylcholinesterase and tyrosinase were improved significantly. Conclusion Compound Bugnzhi Liniment has a preventive and therapeutic effect on experimental vitiligo.
