摘 要:目的研究闪式提取黄芩中黄芩苷的最佳工艺条件。方法以提取液中黄芩苷的含量为指标,采用正交试验设计,对闪式提取的影响因素进行考察,并在提取率、提取时间、耗电量等方面与文献报道的方法进行比较。结果闪式提取的最佳工艺是:将黄芩置于100℃沸水中浸泡10 min后,目的是杀酶保苷,过滤,加入65%乙醇20倍量,闪式提取2 min,将浸泡液及提取液合并。结论采用闪式提取黄芩中的黄芩苷,不但提取率高,与煎煮法、回流法相比更有操作简便、节能经济的优势,这为中药黄芩的开发利用提供参考。Objective To study the best technology conditions of smashing extraction method for extracting baicalin from Huangqin (Radix Scutellariae ). Methods The influence factors on the smashing extraction method were investigated by using orthogonal design taking the extraction rate of baicalin as an index. The extractive rate, extraction time and electricity consumption were compared with other methods reported in literature. Results The best technique of the smashing extraction method for extracting baicalin from Huangqin was as follows: Huangqin was immersed in boiling water (100~C) for 10 rain for killing enzyme and retaining baicalin. After filtration, the soak solution was added 65% ethanol (20 times) and given smashing extraction for 2 min, and then merged with extractive solution. Conclusion The smashing extraction method for extracting baicalin from Huangqin is easy and economic with higher extractive rate compared with decocting method and reflux method, which can be taken as a reference for utilization of Huangqin.
