摘　　要：2013年中国企业境外矿业投资出现明显下行,本文对其矿种、地区、资金来源、企业性质的结构分别进行了分析。分析结果表明中国矿业走出去的外部环境趋于复杂,国际矿业形势的下行为走出去并购提供了机遇;境外资产的资本化程度加强,但同时面临更加严格的可持续发展方面的要求,境外项目整体进展不顺利。面对这些问题,需要投资方优化投资结构,更需要行业自律的加强和市场服务体系的建设。Chinese enterprises’ mining investment overseas has declined significantly in 2013 compared with last year .The structures of the investment area ,minerals ,sources of funding ,enterprise nature are all analyzed . The result shows that the external environment of Chinese mining investment overseas is becoming more complicated ,although the downturn of the international mining industry providing more merger ＆amp; acquisition opportunities ,and capitalization of overseas assets have been strengthened ,more sustainable development requirements including labor issue and etc . have also come up while offshore projects are not going well as a whole ,all of which request investors optimizing investment structures while the market providing a better services system ,and the industry having more self-regulation .
