摘 要:目的研究一次性输液器调节器设置高度在头皮静脉留置针输液中的应用。方法选择在儿科头皮静脉留置针输液治疗的120例患者,随机分为观察组(63例)和对照组(57例),观察组患儿调节器高度距离输液器针头接口50 cm,对照组患儿的调节器距离输液器针头接口10 cm。观察两组穿刺针内回血的快慢,并采用统计学方法进行分析。结果对照组回血时间为(2.05±0.15)s,观察组回血时间为(1.59±0.37)s,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。对照组一次穿刺成功率为80.7%,观察组一次穿刺成功率为93.65%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论调节器的高低对儿科头皮静脉留置针静脉穿刺回血速度有一定影响,静脉穿刺时调节器位置越高,回血速度越快,穿刺成功率越高,值得临床推广应用。Objective To study the application of default height of regulator in children scalp vein infusion catheter. Methods One hundred and twenty cases of patients accepted scalp vein infusion catheter in department of pediatrics were randomly divided into observation group (n=63) and control group (n=57).The distance from height of regulator to infusion needle hub was 50 cm in observation group,that was 10 cm in control group,the time of blood return was observed and was analyzed by statistical method.Results Time of blood return in the control group was (2.05±0.15) s,while in the observation group was (1.59±0.37) s,the difference of two groups was significant (P〈0.01).With regard to one-time success rate of puncture,46 cases were successful in the control group,accounting for 80.7%,while in the observation group,the percentage was 93.65%,the difference of two groups was significant (P〈0.05).Conclusion The height of regulator has certain influence on the speed of blood return in scalp intravenous indwelling needle in the process of intravenous puncture in department of pediatrics.To be specific,the higher the position of regulator is on intravenous puncture,the faster the speed of blood return become and the higher the success rate is,which is worthy of expansion in clinic.
