摘 要:为提高电网的电压水平和降低线路损耗,在分布式电源选址与定容的基础上,加入了无功优化。根据分布式电源出力情况,将计及无功优化的分布式电源选址与定容问题分解成分布式电源并网和切除两种模式,即DG满出力时配电网网损、电压偏移及静态电压稳定裕度综合目标最优和DG零出力时电压合格为约束条件下的配电网网损最小,通过加权法将多目标转换成单目标。运用免疫算法对含分布式电源的33节点的配电系统进行算例分析,证明了计及无功优化的分布式电源选址定容的优越性。通过无功优化和分布式电源选址定容的优化分析,得出了当同时考虑两者时,优化效果最佳。Based on the sitting and sizing of distribution gen- eration, the function of reactive power optimization is added to improve the voltage level of power grid and reduce the loss of line. Based on the distribution generation supply, the problem of sitting and sizing of distribution generation are decomposed into grid-connected and resection models of DG by considering of reactive power optimization. The two models are the comprehensive optimization of distribution network loss, voltage deviation and voltage stability margin with DG full power output and the least distributed network loss under constraints of qualified voltage level with zero DG power output. Then multiple objectives are converted into a single objective through the weighted method. By taking 33 nodes distribution system as example, analysis is carried out on distributed system by immune algorithm, which proves the advantages of sitting and sizing of distribution generation by considering reactive power optimization. Through analy- zing the optimization results of reactive power optimization and the sitting and sizing of distribution generation, the best result can obtain by considering of both aspects.
