摘 要:根据氯化石蜡-52的反应特点和对反应产品质量的要求,建立了适宜连续化生产氯化石蜡-52工业反应器的多釜串联物理模型和数学模型。结合多釜串联数学模型和氯代反应动力学模型对不同工艺条件下的氯化反应器进行了模拟计算。模拟结果表明,反应器的有效体积与反应器数量及组合方式、氯气流量和反应器体积的分布方式等有关;单一全混釜所需的反应器体积最大,6釜串联、氯气流量和反应器体积均布的次之,6釜串联、氯气流量均布或反应器体积相同的模式最小。模拟计算结果对实际连续化生产氯化石蜡-52反应器的选型和设计提供了一定的理论依据。The tanks-in-series physical model and mathematical model of chlorinated paraffin-52 industrial reactor suiting for continuous production were developed, which on the basis of the reaction characteristics of chlorinated paraffin-52 and the reaction product quality requirements. Tanks-in-series mathematical model in combination with chlorinated reaction kinetics model were used for chlorination reactor simulation under different process conditions. The simulation shows that the effective volume of the reactor is related to the reactor quantity, combination mode, and the distribution manner of the chlorine flow and reactor volume. Among the different modes, the reactor volume of single continuous stirred tank reactor is the biggest, six reactors in series and the average distribution of chlorine flow and reactor volume takes second place, and six reactors in series and the chlorine flow average distribution or similar reactor volume is the least. The simulation results would be the basis for the chlorinated paraffin-52 reactor type selecting and designing in the actual continuous production process.
