摘  要:介绍了柔性滚压拉伸成形技术原理及特点,通过数值模拟,研究了板材厚度、宽度和材质对成形质量的影响。结果表明:随着板材厚度的增加,板材内外层的压缩变形量和拉伸变形量增大,回弹量减小;随着板材宽度的增加,板材中间位置的流动性变差,板材变形不均匀;与08AL钢板相比,2024铝板材成形件的等效塑性应变值较大,而回弹量较小。该成形工艺的可行性和实用性已得到验证,模拟结果对于实际板材滚压成形工艺具有指导意义。The principle and characteristics of flexible rolling and stretch forming technology was proposed. A finite element model of spherical parts was built by explicit dynamic analysis. The effects of the thickness, width and properties of the material on the forming quality were discussed. The results indicate that under the condition of the same press displacement of the flexible roller, the compression and tension deformations of the sheets" inner and outer layers are enlarged with the increase in sheet thickness, which makes the plastic strain region increase and the springback decrease. When the width of the sheet increases, the mobility decreases on the middle, and the distribution of plastic deformation becomes inhomogeneous. Compared with 08AL, the equivalent plastic strain value of 2024 aluminum plate is bigger and the springback is smaller. The feasibility and practicability of this technology were proved by tests on an experiment machine, and the simulation results are useful for the practical rolling forming process implementation of sheet metal.
