摘　　要：针对某污水处理工程的特点和工艺要求,在比较多种现场总线的优缺点以后选择了PROFIBUS-DP总线。基于该总线结构设计了仪表自动化控制系统,详细说明了仪表、现场控制站、中心站之间的通信结构以及数据流向。根据污水处理工艺流程,以进水泵房为例说明现场PLC控制系统的程序设计思路。上位机监控系统采用WinCC软件设计,实现对整个污水处理厂的数据采集、故障实时报警、远程监控等功能。On basis of analyzing the process flow of sewage engineer and comparing some kinds Fieldbus,PROFIBUS-DP is chosen as the communication protocol of the system in this paper.The control system is designed based on the protocol. The communication protocol among the instruments,field control station and junction center is introduced.According to process flow of engineer,the procedure of the PLC control system is devised with an example of water penetration pump.The upper computer monitoring system is designed with software named WinCC.It has the functions of data acquisition,faults alarm and remote monitoring.
