摘　　要：目的评价西宁市城北区儿童常规免疫接种报告质量。方法采用世界卫生组织推荐的接种率估算方法对2007-2012年常规免疫接种数据进行接种率报告情况分析。结果差值评价结果表明,接种数据真实性为90.00%,比值评价结果 29.17%符合逻辑;城镇与农村接种门诊的报告数据之间差异有统计学意义。结论城北区常规免疫接种报告接种率和估算接种率均较高,报告数据真实、可靠,但逻辑性较低。今后应加强对基层预防接种医生的培训,提高常规免疫报告质量及报告数据的准确性。Objective To evaluate the quality of routine immunization reports of children in north district of Xin- ing. Methods According to the data of routine immunization from 2007 to 2012, analyze the quality of reports of immunization rate using the Immunization coverage estimation which is recommended by World Health Or- ganization. Results The authenticity of data was 90. 00% by difference evaluation, 29.17% of reports con- form to logic by the ratio of evaluation; there is a statistical difference among the report data between urban and rural area. Conclusions Both the reported immunization coverage and the estimated coverage rate are higher in north district than that of other area. Report data are genuine and believable, but logic is low. Further training is needed for bottom - round immunization doctors, in order to improve the quality of routine im- munization report and the accuracy of the report data.
