摘  要:目的:采用体外活性评价法,研究5种银杏内酯的纤溶活性。方法:利用纤维蛋白平板法以银杏内酯的酶活力为指标,采用L16(215)正交试验设计从5种银杏内酯中筛选出最佳的溶栓药物组合,并确定最佳比例。结果:本研究发现银杏内酯A(ginkgolide A,GA)、银杏内酯B(ginkgolide B,GB)、银杏内酯C(ginkgolide C,GC)具有良好的溶栓效果,其最佳配比为GA∶GB∶GC=1∶3∶2。结论:本研究采用纤维蛋白平板法测定银杏内酯的纤溶活性,该方法准确,操作简便,成本低,可用于银杏内酯的溶栓作用研究。Objective : To determine the in vitro fibrinolytic activity of five kinds of ginkgolides. Methods : With fibrinolytic activity of ginkgolides as an index, orthogonal experiment design was used to screen the optimal thrombolytic combinations from five kinds of lactones, and the best ratio was determined by a fibrin plate method. Results: Ginkgolide A, ginkgolide B and ginkgolide C were found to have a thrombolytic effect. The best ratio is 1 : 3: 2. Conclusion : The fibrinolytic activity of ginkgolide is determined by the method of fibrin plate. The method is accurate and inexpensive enough to be used for studying the thrombolytic effect of ginkgolides.
