摘　　要：网格化管理的目的不仅是为了建立一种图书馆管理形式,更重要的是依据这一平台,将图书馆日常工作加以集成,推进图书馆信息理念的实现,让纷繁复杂的图书馆日常信息工作及阶段性的信息服务变得简单。简述了网格化管理的概念,分析了网格化管理的组织结构,探讨了网格化管理的难点及解决途径。ABSTRACT： The grid management isn＇t only for the purpose of establishing a library management mode, more important is to integrate the library daily work based on this platform, and promote the realization of library＇ s information concept and make the complex daily information work and phased information service of the library become simple. This paper expounds the concept of the grid management, analyzes the organization system of the grid management, and probes into the difficulties in and solutions for the grid management.
