国内4种国防医学期刊计量指标比较分析

摘　　要：目的:了解由各军区联勤部卫生部主办或主管的国防医学期刊的学术特征和学术质量。方法:采用文献计量学方法,依据2008—2013年版《中国(科技)期刊引证报告(扩刊版)》(CSJCR)2007—2012年数据,统计4种国防医学期刊的来源文献量、影响因子、即年指标、h指数、基金论文比、总被引频次、篇均被引频次、他引率、被引半衰期等信息。结果:《华南国防医学杂志》和《东南国防医药》的主要计量指标优于《西北国防医学杂志》和《西南国防医药》。结论:国防医学期刊的学术影响力与地方主办的同级期刊基本相似,学术特征存在地区差异,学术质量有待进一步提高。Objective： To understand the academic characteristics and academic qualities of four national defence medical journals sponsored or managed by the health departments and joint logistics departments of all military commands. Methods： By using the bibliometric analysis, and based on the data of ＂Chinese Science Journal Citation Reports＂（CSJCR） published in 2008-2013 and ＂Chinese Citation Database＂ （CCD） in 2007-2012,to find the metric indexes of the four national defence medical journals including the the volume of contained literatures,impact factor （IF）, immediacy index,h index, ratio of fund-supported papers,total cited frequency,average citations per paper, rate of being cited by others, and cited half-life, etc. Results： The major metric indexes of 〈Military Medical Journal of South China〉 and 〈Military Medical Journal of Southeast China 〉 are superior to 〈Medical Journal of National Defending Forces in Northwest China 〉 and 〈 Medical Journal of National Defending forces in Southwest China〉. Conclusion： The academic impact of national defence medical journals is generally similar to the local journals at same levels, there are regional differences in academic characteristics,the academic quality needs further improvement.
