摘  要:为提高火工品的密封性能,对4J29可伐合金、4J29可伐合金(掺杂金)和1Cr18Ni9Ti奥氏体不锈钢进行了储能凸焊实验,通过改变焊接电压、焊接材料,分析研究焊接接头的力学性能。结果表明:焊接电压、焊接材料和金添加元素的确会影响焊接接头的力学性能。当焊接材料一定时,接头的拉伸性能随着电压的升高而升高;当焊接电压一定时,4J29可伐合金/4J29可伐合金形成的焊接接头的拉伸性能优于4J29可伐合金/1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢形成的接头;此外,添加金元素提高了焊接接头的拉伸性能。For improving the sealing performance of initiator, the different materials were performed using a capacitor discharge welding machine to 4J29, 4J29(additive gold) and 1Cr18Ni9Ti. The mechanical properties of welding joint were researched by varying welding voltage and materials. It was found that the influence factors including voltage, materials and additive gold did affect mechanical performance of welding joint. The tensile strength keeps upward trend with increasing welding voltage, by keeping welding materials constant. The tensile strength of 4J29/4J29 would be better in comparison to 4J29/1Cr18Ni9Ti welding joint, when the welding voltage keeps constant. The tensile properties of welding joint can be enhanced by putting gold additive.
