摘 要:利用X-射线衍射仪分别对储存不同时间的2、4段延期体中延期药进行成分含量表征,研究了延期药中Pb3O4和Si成分含量比对延期体延期精度的影响。另外,利用激光粒度分析仪检测了延期药的原材料和成品药的颗粒度,从理论上分析了药剂颗粒度大小变化对延期药储存稳定性的影响。研究结果表明:延期体经储存后药剂中Pb3O4和Si成分含量比发生变化,且变化量对延期体储存后的延期精度有重要影响;经混药后药剂原材料的颗粒度大幅度减小,药剂颗粒度过小,在一定程度上不利于药剂的稳定储存,影响了延期药储存后的延期精度。In according to characterize the ingredient content of stored 2, 4 delay composition by X- ray diffraction, the influence of content ratio between Pb304and Si on the delay precision was researched. In addition, the particle size (both raw material and composition after mixture) of delay composition was determined by using laser particle size analyzer. The effect of particle size change on the storage stability of delay composition was analyzed theoretically. The results indicated that the content ratio between Pb304 and Si in delay composition after storage was changed, and the change degree had a great effect on the delay precision. The particle size of raw material after mixture was considerably decreased, to a certain degree, the particle size is too small to keep the delay composition stable, and also has effect on the delay precision.
