摘　　要：在分析世界市场变化的基础上,针对上海自贸区的发展,提出"跨境电子商务为突破口,电子通关为先锋,互联网金融为支撑"的自贸区发展模式,旨在为政府决策提供战略性的智库支持。Based on the analysis of the changse in world market and targeting at the development of Shanghai free trade zone, this paper puts forward the development model for the free trade zone： using cross-border e-commerce as an important breakthrough, electronic customs as pioneer and internet finance as support, in order to provide strategic intelligence support for government decision making.
