北京地区融资担保业的市场结构与溢出效应分析

摘　　要：依据行业集中度和HHI指数法,测算北京地区融资担保业的市场结构,并分析北京地区融资担保业的溢出效应,根据现有的市场结构和溢出效应的关系得出,北京地区融资担保业的市场结构正在从高寡占型向低竞争型转变,且随着市场竞争程度的提高,行业总体效益增加,溢出效应增强,但在一定程度上影响了规模效应。最后提出促进北京地区融资担保业发展的几点建议。This paper evaluates and analyzes the market structure and spillover effects of financing guarantee industry in Beijing through Concentration Ratio and Herfindahl-Hirschman Index. Based on the current relation of market structure and spillover effects, market structure of financing guarantee industry in Beijing shows a transition from high oligopolistic type to low competitive type. With the improvement of market competition, the industry benefits and spillover effects are increasing, but the scale effects are restricted to some extent. Finally, this paper put forward some suggestions to promote the development of financing guarantee industry in Beijing.
