摘　　要：产业结构和就业结构合理演进实质是资源优化配置。从产业结构理论的形成和产业结构演变规律对就业结构的影响两个角度整理相关文献,并找出分析产业结构和就业结构具有代表性的指标选取和方法的应用,最后综述了有关促使产业结构和就业结构协调发展的政策建议的文献。The essential of the reasonable evolution of industrial structure and employment structure is to allocate the resources optimally,to promote economic development and increase employment.Two angles from the evolution of the industrial structure,employment structure and evolution of industrial structure and em-ployment structure moving collate the relevant literature and identify the application of the analysis of the in-dustrial structure and employment structure representative index selection method,the final review recommen-ded literature for the rational evolution of policy to adjust the industrial structure and employment structure.
