摘　　要：改革开放以来,行政体制改革问题备受关注,政府角色转变和职能定位已经成为市场经济条件下政府面临的重要命题。行政决策体制作为行政体制的重要组成部分,其改革成功与否直接关涉社会主义事业的兴衰成败。有鉴于此,改革、完善行政决策体制,提高行政决策质量,已经迫在眉睫。Since the Reform and Opening-up to outside world,administration reform has long been drawn great attention,and the changing of government role and the positioning of function come to be key topics that government faces in market economy. Administration decision mechanism remains the major parts of adminis-tration system,and the success of its reform closely concerns over the ups and downs of socialism drive. Therefore,it is urgent to reform and improve mechanism of administration decision,and to enhance the quality of administration decision.
