摘　　要：在网络关系竞争时代,连锁董事是公司治理领域的一个重要现象和新的研究方向,日益受到学术界和企业界的广泛关注。本文对国外研究脉络和主要观点进行了梳理和分析,主要涉及连锁董事及其网络的概念、连锁董事网络的成因及相关理论、连锁董事网络结构的测度方法、连锁董事网络治理对企业行为和价值的影响效应等方面,讨论了该领域的最新进展、动态和趋势,并在此基础上提出了未来关于连锁董事网络研究的主要方向和核心内容。In the era of network relationship competition, interlocking directorates are not only an important phenomenon but also a new research direction in the field of corporate governance, which increasingly attracts extensive concern from academic and business circles. This paper sorts out and analyzes foreign research context and main viewpoints in the field of interlocking directorate networks, mainly being involved in the concepts of interlocking directorates and networks, the motive for interlocking directorate networks and related theories, the measurement of the structure of interlocking directorate networks, the effect of interlocking directorate network governance on corporate behavior and values and so on. Then it discusses the latest development, dynamic and tendency of this field. It proposes the main directions and key contents of future interlocking directorate network research.
