摘  要:工程作为人类社会发展的重大实践活动,历史久远,受众广泛,影响巨大。立足工程理念演化视角,可将工程划分为古代工程、传统工程、生态工程,工程理念相应表现为"顺应自然""改造自然"和"尊重自然",并在价值性上逐步趋向合理的"多元价值契合"。现阶段在向生态工程转向演进的过程中,推动实现策略可归纳为三个维度:将人类与自然共生确立为生态工程理念原则;健全生态立法与补偿机制,奠定生态工程的制度保障;推动公众理解与参与工程,构建生态工程的文化涵养。As a major practice of human social development, engineering has a long history, wide audience and great influence. Based on the engineering philosophy from the perspective of evolution, engineering can be divided into ancient engineering, traditional engineering and ecological engineering. Accordingly, engineering philosophy is characterized by complying with nature, changing nature as well as respecting nature, which will gradually be inclined to the rational multi-value fit in terms of value. In the process of ecological engineering evolution, the promoting strategies can be classified in three dimensions--defining the harmonious coexistence of human beings and nature as the principle of engineering philosophy~ perfecting the ecological legislation and compensation mechanism; promoting the public understanding of and participation in engineering and fostering the cultural connotations of ecological engineering.
