摘　　要：河北省历史悠久,文化渊源有自。明代迁都北京后,北方书业开始复兴。河北地处京畿,政治、经济、文化因有京城的辐射,其文化及书业也随之活跃起来。至民国时期,河北辖区政治形势错综复杂,各种政权交替更迭,战争频仍。但这个期间,中国共产党领导下的根据地、解放区创造了河北出版史的奇迹,留下了丰富的历史资料。结合历史实际来看,《河北出版史志资料选辑》及相关书籍,它们总体上反映了河北出版从古到今的发展情况,特别是比较充分地挖掘、整理了党的出版史料,起到了资政、教化、存史的目的,促进了河北出版志的编写刊行,也为地方的出版实践提供了有益的历史资源。Hebei province has a long history, culture well-grounded. The Ming Dynasty moved the capitol to Beijing, the north publishing got revival. Hebei province is located in the capital, because it is near Beijing, its culture and publishing had been flourished. During the Republic of China period, perplexing Hebei area of political situation, various regime alternation, the war often. But in this period, the Liberated Areas and strongholds under the leadership of China Communist Party, created a miracle in the history of the publication of the Hebei, left a rich historical data. Combined with the historical fact, Hebei Publication Chronicles and related books, they generally reflect the development of Hebei publishing since ancient times, especially mining, finishing the publishing historical of party in the round, playing the important roles for consulting, educating, recording history, promoting the Hebei publishing records compilation release, also providing the useful historical resources for area publishing practice.
